What is Dream Work? Have you ever wondered what your dreams mean? Dreams have been shared and explored throughout history in many cultures and faith groups. Dreams come from wisdom within ourselves and are a story told using a language of images and symbols. I offer dream work sessions with individuals and groups. Would you like to explore your dreams one on one? Would you like to explore your dreams in a group?

Dream Groups
Have you ever wondered what your dreams mean and would like some help figuring out possible meanings? In each of the 8 sessions one or two members are invited to share a dream (not required). Other members take the dream on as their own and speak “if this were my dream…” They do not interpret the shared dream but share as if it were their dream, speaking from their personal experience. As part of the process Emily will share knowledge about dreams along the way to both educate and deepen the experience. The group is confidential and covenants to not share anyone else's personal dream.
